What is our EXCHANGE policy?
If you want to exchange an item for a completely new product or size, please kindly send an email to email@example.com with the details of your order (order number, original item) and the new piece you wish to change it to - including the size. The exchange shipping is not included and this will have to be payed for by the customer. PLEASE NOTE: The item can only be exchanged if the new piece in the desired size is available. If we are out of stock of this item, the exchange will not be processed, therefore please contact us before you send it. Please place the items in its original packaging and put a note of your full name, order number and address inside.
All items must be sent back to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed (no makeup stains, perfume) .If there are any damages to the product, we will contact you directly. These items will be returned back to the customers original address and the customer will be charged for the shipping fee back.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original delivered date
Sale Items: Sale items are not accepted for exchanges
What is our RETURN policy?
Please note - as we are a very small slow fashion brand, we can only accept exchanges.
